i have a collection of about 10,000 dollars worth of bongs,hookahs,pipes,ectand none of it has been used for illegal substanceand i want to sell it all hookah for sale in china to my friend who's over 18and i was wonderingis it illegal to sell it to him?isnt it like having him buy it from me like you buy something at a yard sale?also if he decided to resale it to make money off of it and he doesnt have a resale license?could i get introuble for it?what if he sold it to a minor, would i get in trouble for it also?couldnt i just say 'oh,i thought he bought it for decoration"?or something like that?
