    You can wash the shaft and the glass base in hot soapy water, just make sure you let it dry really well before using it. You need to buy pipe cleaners to ream out the hose, and any other small ,sticky parts. Once its clean and your own resin, you can just clean it when it affects the taste or getting clogged .

    It depends where you live. Metro Detroit has plenty of hookas.
    Arabs like ripping people off, I would know.
    So I’m positive you can get one cheaper.
    eBay it and if you can’t find it cheaper.
