The item looks like the picture and like the one I saw installed. The person who had it was favorable about it and it is worth trying out to see if it can change the calcium build up. So far it is possible that soap may lather better but i am waiting to see more important results which should occur in two to three months.

Installation is a breeze.


what to do for home water pipes blocked with air?
I have 2 outlets of 1/2 inches pipes from my roof water tank to 2 different bathrooms/kitchens. These outlets may be on the equal level or slightly different level. whenever my tank go near empty then one outlet is blocked with air and all the taps connected Water Pipes with that outlet gets blocked and water either totally stops in that taps or comes with near nil pressure and it takes weeks for the pressure to be normal or i have to call the plumber who use pressure pump to clear the air from pipe. Can any one tell how I can overcome this routine problem. Will instead of having 2 outlets of 1/2 inches if I have 1 outlet of 1 inch and then distribute it to 2 outlets of 1/2 inches solve this problem or if u know any other solution, please help as calling plumber every time is becoming very costly and also this problem is disturbing the routine life.

    I installed mine 11 months ago. I tested my water before and then 60 days later using strips. The difference is unmistakable. The shower head do not clog any more and the coffee taste better. I am planning to get another one for my parents house.

    This product died after 6 months. I sent email last week; no one replied. I called the service phone; no one answered the phone and the mailbox was full. Stay away from this company

    It seems that most of us have hard water. after having had 2 water softeners in the 28 years in this house, I needed to find another. This unit really makes a difference in the feel of the water and scale removal. I realize that it is not really softer but the treatment really makes itwash and clean better.
