i smoked a hookah for the first time. I have never smoked anything in my life, just to let you know. so i figured out that i am smoking flavored tobacco but its diluted in the water. 1 hour of smoking hookah flavors food it at a fast pace is equal to 3/4 of a cigarette. if you do it every once in a while like once a week or something do you think its really really harmful? I mean, tanning is bad, smoking is bad, eating certain foods is bad. I get 2nd hand smoke, sop how bad can it be? i know anything like that is bad. And the point is that water dilutes it. theres no harm in trying it. Anyone thats smoked one, give em your opinions.
