Initally I was surprised at the intensity of these workouts. Skipped Level 2 as did not like the look of all the jumping – not good for my back. However level one and level 2 together gives me a really good cardio workout. Plus you have options for low impact moves. I feel fitter and have noticed a difference in the important butt and thigh area. Would recommend this.
Where can I buy a good hookah in Denver, CO?
I don't actually live in Denver but I smoke hookah and saw that there were Biggest Hookah a few hookah lounges in Denver. I have a small hookah but am looking into upgrading to a bigger and better one. Before I go down there and ask around I wanted to see if I could get any recomendations on here. Thanks in advance!

these work great and are ideal resistence for someone who is not particularly strong, but looking to increase strength.
The bands are nice and serve there purpose. I however do not like the connection between the handle and the band. It is uncomfortable and bothers my skin during exercise. I find I have to constantly readjust my hands on the handles so they aren’t so uncomfortable and get chafed.
I bought these bands for my fiance so she could use them with her Tae Bo workouts. She tried them out today and on the very first pull of the band, the foot strap broke and it snapped in her face. Now that I’ve been able to look at the bands in person, I can tell that these are very cheaply made. Do not purchase! To make things worse, I checked the materials with the band packaging and it specifically states, “sold without warranties or guarantees of any kind”. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
The only reason I don’t give these bands a five star is because they add a fair resistance to my arms but not for my legs. So to make the resistance even =) I use ankleweights 1 pound and then I can say the workout rocks with the bands and the ankleweights!
Yep! All of the things that I have made from this cookbook are delicious! Not only does this cookbook produce tasty meals and snacks, give advice on how to choose a healthy lifestyle but it also gives a novice cook a great foundation for healthy cooking. It shows you different methods for creating delicious foods so you can “make things up” that are healthy. Something that not a lot of people know how to do.
We really like this cookbook. The recipes we’ve tried so far are delicious and not too involved. Highly recommend this book.
I have used lots of reciepies from this cookbook for family and friends. Sometimes I don’t tell them that it is “Diet Food” and everyone says how amazing everything tastes. Very easy to follow even for kids!
All the recipes are easy to make and taste great! No need to feel guilty about eating the foods you cook either because they are all low in calories.
Yeah, so it’s pretty and the glass top is great for cleaning, but I swear this scale is possessed. The electronic nature of this scale make is fairly unreliable and it often will not turn on properly and gives far too many error messages. You would be far better off with an analog scale.
I purchased this scale about 6 months ago at a kitchen store. The reason that I chose this over others was simply the weight capacity and lowest price. I wish it were easy to get rid of that stupid logo.
I have tested this over and over against a smaller scale and it has been right every time. The other scale weighs in increments of tenths of a gram, and TBL to whole grams. It correctly showed the right weight even when the weight changed only .1 grams bringing it up to the next whole gram. Excellent quality for the price.
I puchased this scale from Bed Bath and Beyond in November. I thought it was odd that most items I would weight were never over 12 oz. One day I bought three pounds of ground sirloin at the grocery store and wanted to divide it into three 1-lb servings and kept adding meat and it stayed at 11.9 oz. I tried to tare over and over again and pushed down on the scale but never anything reading over 12.1 oz. I can’t take it back to the store without a receipt or a box (silly me for throwing them away) and when I called Taylor today, they want me to return it on my dime to their company to replace it. It’s not worth the money to ship it!!! I would suggest you take it out of the box in the store and test it before you buy it, it should be able to register up to 6.6 lbs! Buyer, beware! And in regards to the prior reviews about the glass top, it is removable for washing!
It’s the right size, has a glass top, can weigh in grams or ounces , can be zero’d at the push of a button with an empty bowl on top, is simple to use…great – except one problem…it doesn’t work.
The buttons are junk and the primary button has failed after 3 months. It has a 1 year warranty so I’ll see if I can get it replaced although I doubt I still have the receipt. It is cheap for a reason. I gave it 2 points for having the right feature set but that doesn’t matter if the product fails. Don’t waste your $ on this scale. Get a better one.
this is a super CD with all the hits..if you love Toby Keith–this CD is worth the money.

I had heard some of his songs and really liked them,so I thought I would order this disc,to my suprise it had alot more songs on it that I had heard and liked!!If you like country,I think you will enjoy this one!!
