In de Donkersteeg is er een winkeltje. In het straat vd Vooruit richting centrum, naast cafe The Cover.
En ik weet niet of dat winkeltje in het steegje halfweg de Lange Munt nog bestaat?

    Anders online: http://www.mrwaterpijp.be/catalog/

Yes you have to be 18 to buy any kind of tobacco related product. If you don’t believe me try going into a headshop and they’ll card you and won’t let even let you in the back to look at any hookahs or pipes.

  7. Splash Log says:

Make sure to get one that is brass or nickel plated. That will resist rust for years. Or all aluminum, that will never rust.

  8. The Pope says:

If you’re buying a used one, always test it before you buy it. You don’t need to back a bowl of shisha or anything, just fill the base with water, put it together (hand over where the bowl would be) and draw in through the hose (or just the hose port) and make sure it bubbles. If it does, buy the sucker and go on your way. Worldhookah.com has really cheap Khalil Mamoon’s (if you’re up to the lambourgini of hookahs for an all time low price… prob lowest you’ll ever find ‘em). You can also get a pumpkin hookah for really cheap on ebay if you search for it.

Haight Street’s going to be your best shot for good head shops. Lots of places and choices there. You can either take the 7 Haight MUNI bus right there or take the N Judah Metro and walk a few blocks.

yes you have to be 18 to enter a hookah bar/shop but online you there are some websites out there you can buy a hookah at any age believe it or not it’s true. the reason is because there is herbal shisha aka non tobacco. which you can buy at any age as well :)

    Hey :]

So most likely, your local shop is going to have some awesome coals or some super crappy coals. Naturals are always best. Quicklights are good if you’re in a rush, but they’re filled with chemicals and smell kinda yucky.

Try and see if they have any Exoticas or some ChronicHookah Coals. Some people like coconaras. ive never tried them myself. If your local place has any of these brands, then that’s famazing.

But if they dont, try these online vendors. I’ve used two of them. :
–www.nazarhookah.com (i’ve used this vendor, they sell the Exotica coals, very professional)
–www.hookahjohn.com (never used, but really nice guy. He sells the ChronicHookah coals.)
–www.thehookah.com (i’ve used this vendor before, they sells the CocoNara coals)

Anyhow, here’s a place that has TONS of reviews on coals.:
    http://www.hookahpro.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=18
They break it down into Type, Brand, Smell, Taste, Longevity and all that good stuff. Thats how i found out about the Exoticas.

Hope i helped at least a little :]

There are a few problems here.

    1) Where are you at?
    2) Buying Locally isn’t always best.

Okay first, locally, look at tobacco shops.

Second, where I am at I can go to 6 different places to buy a hookah, 2 of them tobacco shops, and I wouldn’t buy one of those if my life depended on it because they are all low quality Chinese pieces of junk. Same goes for the poor tobacco selection. I buy everything online for better quality. So without a good deal of knowledge of hookah types and brands I tell people buy online. I have seen online retailers get destroyed by bad reps so they bend over backwards, local shops don’t worry about that much.

Third, Simply put on operation. Fill the base where the stem is submerged an inch loosely pack tobacco in the bowl and add a screen, place coals on top, insert hose and smoke.

Fourth, main difference is the smoke is cooled more in the pipe by distance traveled. Really and truly there is only a slight difference. Problem being though if you get one under 18″ that’s not a Mya, you will be sadly disappointed. Water splashing on those cheap hookahs fly into the hose port and rust the hoses out pretty darn quick.

  13. Stephanie S says:

The Blue Nile – They sell Hookah Hookah hookahs, them medium sized ones, pretty nice, but run a little pricey

The Village Best – They sell Mya Acryllics, Bohemians, QT’s, and standard egyptians, its REALLY small store but they got everything you need, along with Al Waha, 3 Kings coals, mya washable hoses, and smay valve adapters for that second hose, but everything they carry runs a markup since its in NYC, for hookahs generally 5-10%, for shisha, 2 or 3 dolalrs more

  14. lizbth81 says:

you must be 18 to buy any tobacco products. hookahs are considered a tabacco product…

  15. Hookah Hookah says:

At hookahhookah.com we ship all over the world. We only ship USPS outside of the United States and i would recommend USPS Priority Mail International. 50g Jars are $3.25 each. The only price i cannot predict for you is the duty at customs. They can charge you whatever they want but if you are just ordering 50g Jars and shipping priority then you should be fine.
If you are looking for a local smoke shop there is:

    Smokes n Spices – http://www.smokesnspices.com
1-62, kavuri hills, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad – 09885448005

and many others i got that one from google

  16. Call a spade a spade says:

18, its a tobbaco product, you have to be of age to buy any smoking device
