I fell in love with this animation. It is simply one off, if not the best animation I have seen.

If you are into bloody/gloomy/dark/moody/vengeful type stories, with great characters and story, then this is the animation for you. The action scenes are awesome. The english voice over are awesome. The music is awesome. And the story is beyond awesome…like it’s awesomer or something.
The animation is done in a very manga-like-way when you are watching it, with some illustrations that looks like it came straight from the mangas.

The characters are so well done and constructed with unique personalities. The main character Clare is kind of like the emotionless/self discipline cyborgs or Vulcans that you see in Sci-Fi shows on the surface, but is full of vengeful emotion underneath that can explode at anytime. She is very driven and at times blind to anything else but her purpose, until one day, she runs into a little boy(Raki) that reminds her of her childhood.

After finishing this animation. I went and bought all the mangas and they are just, if not more awesome than the animation. Although they are similar in story for awhile, the stories are vastly different after the 10th manga.

I wished there was a season 2 of this animation. And I don’t care if it’s different from the mangas.


If I've smoked hookah, but I can't understand this?
I'm 16 years old and I have smoked hookah with parent permission only. I have grown to love the hookah a lot, but I am not addicted (Hookah isn't addicting). I would like to enjoy my hookah every now and then, but now my parents won't allow me anymore. I know how to set it up, and I know how to clean it also. I'm also almost 18, which means I will be allowed to buy hookah accessories and tobacco for it on my own. I'm at the point Shisha Accessories that I know for sure I will be enjoying my shisha/hookah very much when I become legal. I just don't see the point that my parents would make me wait to start smoking again if 1.)They already exposed me to it 2.)Allowed me to smoke it. Besides, I'm almost at the ripe age of 18. It's like letting a child eat candy for the first time in his life, and then taking it away from him for the rest of his life. It's just straight up messed up. oh well, School is starting soon and I won't really have time for hookah, but i want to enjoy it one last time with natural burning coals before school starts. I know for sure, I won't have the need to smoke when I am being preoccupied by school and friends. Why won't they just lets me enjoy it one last time? Also, I'm aware of smoking and how it can harm my body, but Hookah has only .05% nicotine and absolutely no tar in it, and in other words, it is harmless in moderation. Which I plan to do at my current age.

    Fast shipping. Great buy. The price was awesome for a blu ray season. Especially anime is usually so expensive! This is a great anime about demons and Claymores assigned to kill them.

    Excellent Anime and ended to quickly. Movie could easily continue. Has sound story line and left me wanting more. This is one series that should have continued.

    This anime was great from start to end! I love the balance of the main character and how no one was exempt from death. That combination made all the characters shine. My only complaint is that I want more! The story alone is addictive and I believe that there is space for more stories of our silver eyed witches!

    Great anime,after i finished berserk i needed more this helped do the job. Claymore is defiantly in my top 10 anime series. I think that if you’re a fan of berserk you’ll enjoy claymore (read the manga too).
