Need help for first "date" ever? guys and girls?
hey... im kinda old and ive never had a real date although I have been with many friends with benefits, but never a real date. I am 23 years old btw.ANYWAY. I am not even sure if this is a real date.. regardless I said to her "i want to take you out to dinner to celebrate the end of school" she was really happy and its happening sunday. It is going to snow sunday, and I said we are going to be driving 50 miles for dinner(ive driven 100 miles for a midnight snack before so its no problem for me)So I need tips... on what to wear, how to act, should I dress up?I plan to go to buy hookah brooklyn ny probably some hookah bar first and then some cozy little restaurant, nothing too fancy or anything(or should it be fancy, money is really not a problem, she is used to going to some very fancy restaurants because she has dated some very rich guys, not saying im not). I am gonna go shopping today, what should I buy? Outfits? shoes? I want to give her the best first impression. This girl is very very very fashion in tune(she is majoring in fashion) and she always comes looking great, and I need to have similar style(i cant be dressed and her casual and vice versa). Thing is sometimes she is really casual and sometimes she is dressed up. I am not sure what she is going to be wearing.Oh man, im all nervous, and it would be really great if you guys and girls can give me some good pointers.BTW the date is happening in Manhattan... or Queens or perhaps Brooklyn and then that oldest ice cream spot by the bridge... maybe thats tooo romantic for a first.Should I text her today to see if its still going down? or call her? or should I text/call her tomorrow just to double check? What time should I call her? I am planning on picking her up by 6 PM and get her back home by 9 since she got work and stuff monday.Sorry for all the questions. Thanks.
